Day 8 - I'm trying not to nut this whole month

Day 4 of No PMO August
I've been moderately well at handling things again. I have a routine in which I'm either busy at work or gaming with friends during this summer. However, thoughts and urges do creep in again and triggers are surprisingly easy to be found everywhere despite the lack of searching for it.
I've started developing a nasty habit of comparing myself to these images which has definitely killed my libido and self esteem which I can only attribute to porn. It has made me question the whole idea of an higher being, essentially believing in 'God's favourites'.
Anyway, onto a month of mindfulness, away from P as I have measures in place to detox and get away from then to the best of my ability.

This is not an uncommon thing. I'm not sure how old you are but for me this became MUCH more common as I grew older.
It's very common to either have chunks of semen in your urine and/or a release prior to or finishing urinating or going #2 as well.
