Hi, first timer here finally trying to go for a WD.
Ive read logs here before but this is my first time really trying for it.
Have had spontaneous ejaculations in the past when younger but never an actual WD.
Ive somehow managed to make it to day 20 and feeling good about it but have struggled last couple days but hoping will get a hit easier with time, im hoping keeping a log will be some motivation not to slip up.

Had hoped to have a result as had a lot of positive signs and an intense dream but no luck as of yet.
Ive been having to keep myself distracted at times, especially in the mornings.
