My advice would be to take it a day at a time then once you get past a week set a goal for another week, etc. test your limits as I masturbated for a long time before abstaining and it took my body a bit to adjust.
Also try to avoid watching porn when bored.
Last tip would be download some form of tracker. I use the free version of strides. I find a daily check in/log keeps me on track.
