I'm stumped

Hey everyone! It's good to know that the forum is back again after its disappearance a few months ago.
I forgot what's my old ID (literally) so I registered under a new name and start fresh, perhaps.
Well, I'm a little stumped TBH. I entered the "no fap" stage late last year and survived all the way until July with no WDs.
There were some tiny leaks here and there while sleeping but no full-on cum when I was sleeping. I did have many times of just leaking cum after I finished peeing.
I also did read/watch erotic stuff during my entire time of no-fapping, but still no WDs.
Since July, I had started fapping a few times but very infrequently. I had a dream of nearly fucking a guy (yes I'm gay) but woke up before the actualy penetration and felt like my dick is about to explode - but still no cum.
Any guide on how to get a proper WD though?

This wouldn't be the first time we'd heard of someone going months of AB without a WD. When ever I'm on a streak, I always have this nagging doubt that maybe I'm one of those people who can go hundreds of days and never get one.
What if some of us are wired differently, and we just pee out any excess sperm? I don't think we have enough data to know. Maybe watching erotic stuff during Nofap was working against you, and you should try the opposite? Maybe too much arousal causes micro-ejaculations that we don't even notice. Myself and some other forum members over the years have noticed the presence of semen in urine after a few weeks.
The only way I can deal with this uncertainty is setting a time limit on my attempts. Supposedly the average wait-time for adults is 45 days, give or take 15 days. So if I reach 60 days and still don't have one, then I'm out. At least until the next time. I guess I don't want one
that badly, that I'd be willing to wait a year for one.
The only actual guide I know of is the
dipke3 method

I’ve definitely noticed myself having cloudy pee at times, especially during times when horny, but also after a long time without ejaculating. I’ve also found myself having strange “toilet SEs” where an almost gelatinous substance leaks out, likely having traces of semen in it due to its whitish color, meaning it’s leaving my body one way or another. I’ve definitely been skeptical about having a proper WD being that I’m often asleep when I have them, but I suppose I can’t speak on behalf of those who’ve never had one while ABing. I guess the only thing we can do is wait it out and see what happens.

Oh the good ol' dipke3 method. I tried but nah I can't get it up by watching porn for that long. Gets boring eventually.

Yeah I can't do it either, especially not with the flatlines I get, which seem to land right on those stimulation days.
There was one guy on that thread who said he only stimulated for a few hours in the evening, so I'm thinking there might still be a way. Some kind of adaptation of the technique that would work for me. The underlying idea still seems interesting.

I think the reason I dabble into porn without actually fapping is trying to follow his method. Can't get it though.

Well supposedly the objective is "sustained arousal", so how ever else you can manage that should work (in theory).
I wonder though, if viewing porn all day leads to dreaming about porn. I've been really addicted to some video games over the years, and often if I've been playing a game all day for several days, I'll dream about that game all night. So I wonder if that's part of it. Giving yourself sex dreams.
Unless the "full ampulla" theory is all that matters, in which case I could do anything else to sustain arousal, and not bother with porn at all. I'm just not sure what I'd do, that I could do all day without getting bored of. Maybe I could switch between different things and mix it up.
On the other hand, maybe for those of us that lose sperm through urination (or is that everyone?), maybe being aroused is the total opposite of what we should be doing? Unless that 4 days of arousal is enough to out-produce even that loss. There's so much we don't know, but so many people reported success on that thread, it's hard to ignore.

Not sure how to make sure the "full ampulla" happens to only discharge when we're sleeping. I'm stumped tbh, there's always cum when I pee but never when I'm asleep.

That's quite interesting you saying that. I've experienced both gaming and watching porn all day (not at the same time but same level of dossing for hours on end) but I have never dreamt about watching porn. I have dreamt about gaming or playing my game but no erotic dreams about watching or being or reenacting porn.

I also tend to dream about the stuff that I watch or think off during the day or night before sleep.
