Hey, I've been a lurker on here for some time but decided now to start a log, I think it will give me more motivation to keep going. I started AB Jun 10th so its been 31 days. I'm hoping one will come soon but ill update daily/every-other-day to document what's happening. I've never had WD before, started MB too young to have one and I have MB regularly until now. I usally sleep on my side but I'm going to start sleeping on my back to see if that will help. Feel free to leave any tips too that help you get one if you have any.

Welcome to the forum, Nolotast! Great job on the AB streak so far, keep it up and you'll get your first WD before long! I think a tip that helps me get it is to make sure I always get a good 8 hours of sleep at night, I notice that my WDs are the most regular when I sleep well.
