New member here, I was on this board years and years ago but never really active except for reading. I've had one WD in my life, I'm hoping being in my thirties means it isn't a thing of the past, so I want to abstain and see what happens really.

Hi all! I'm 33 years and my last WD was probably 10 years ago and that is the only one I have a memory of. I think it had something to do with sleeping on my stomach which I can no longer do without lower back pain. I am interested in pursuing AB and WD and may start my own log here.

Hey I'm John. I'm 30yo and my first WD started at 12yo. I usually sleep with boxer-brief only. As I'm getting older the frequency of WD is reduced but I still experience it if I don't ejaculate for a long period of time, like a week or more.
