what you describe we on the WDF refer to as a spontaneous ejaculation or SE. it's rare but not impossible, just ask forum member Liitlefiish, he's had a couple randomly during tests though I've heard online others say they may be related to stress and anxiety.

this may be more related to coregasm or ejaculation related to exercise ESPECIALLY when that exercise is near your crotch region and using muscles near there. this may still be an SE but a mix of both.

Especially after having a WD. I think the one time it happened, it was afternoon after having a WD in the morning. I often will be semi-erect the day after a WD. The extra sensitivity is a catalyst too. The two times I can remember it happening, I do recall wearing boxer briefs. I always used to bring a fresh pair to the gym. But past few years I haven't been going to the gym and I usually integrate my cardio into my daily routines, and it hasn't happened since. I'd like to get back into going to the gym.
