Dreams of wet dreams are very common for me. Sometimes I will "wake up" before Irelease and will hold back to avoid breaking an AB run, then I ill wake up from this.

I started training my sleep mind to look for sign it is still sleeping so that when I "'wake up" from a wet dream, to allow myself to "go wild" and "finish the job". I then wake up to a real wet dream.

I've had these also. It seems like they have more to do with the wish fulfillment of having a wet dream rather than the usual erotic imagery that causes an actual wet dream. I find the dreams have more to do with the process of staining the underwear and the embarrassment of discovering or finding the evidence, or the evidence is exaggerated from reality.

This happened to me last night, and its happened to me in the past as well. It's a bit of a rude awakening when you actually wake up to find that you haven't had a WD. I wonder why this happens though, maybe it's because we're thinking a lot about WDs during the day, and then our brain tries to come up with a solution during the dreaming phase of sleep. Who knows???
