Increased Urination
It seems like every time I start a worthwhile AB streak, I have to pee way more than I normally do, including several times during the night, which more than once has interrupted a WD. Does anybody else experience this?

Re: Increased Urination
Yes, but I think the key is to avoid drinking anything at least 2 hours before you go to sleep. This will help avoid interrupting your sleep by not having to get up and pee in the middle of the night.
On the other hand, there are numerous counts of guys here getting WDs after they had to wake up for something like going to pee. After falling back asleep, they fell into REM sleep and had a WD.

Re: Increased Urination
I think if a guy edges or stays erect a lot, a little swelling or irritation of the prostate can can occur that partially constricts the path of urine through the prostate. This can cause a lack of full emptying of the urine in the bladder, leading to more frequent urine build up and a more frequent need to urinate.
This is similar to the effects of an enlarged prostate.
