Day 35 - yesterday I used the sauna after my gym workout like I usually do. I normally just go with a towel wrapped around my waist but yesterday there was another gentleman in the sauna completely naked sitting on his towel. Day 41 - went to bed last night and about 2 hours in I got very erect. I wasn’t able to sleep till about 4am and had to wake up at 7:30am. Had I been able to sleep longer I reckon something might have happened.
