Personally, I would say no as I precum all the time and when I abstain for a month I never get wet dreams at all.

I “feel” a wet dream coming on when I have precum and I’m soft in my boxers during the day and I can’t sleep and waking up every few hours. On the odd occasion its being tired and drained that makes me wet dream. I’m in such a deep sleep and it usually happens unexpectedly.
