Update! I did MB a while ago, but have since been on a streak. Today is the 22nd day.

I had a WD at day 14 which is the soonest it has ever happened for me. It happened when I woke up hungry at breakfast and went back to bed. This has also been the case with other WDs. I don't know if it is because I am going back into a lighter stage of sleep or something.

Lately, I have been having more semi-lucid dreams and that was one of them. I tend to get that ability in those scenarios of going back to sleep in the morning. When I get that I immediately start trying to conjure up sexual images, but it doesn't always work.

Like today, I had a nap where I was trying to find somewhere to pee in my dream. This seems to be another trigger for semi-lucid dreams and WDs. It got heated after that in my dream but I eventually just woke up w/ MW no WD to speak of.

I feel like they are getting way closer!!! My last mb was 6/29. I went on a 16 day trip, and I had one within the first few days of the trip, and I just had a massive one today during a nap. I wonder if heat has anything to do with it. I was in Colombia during the first one in a place with AC and my AC is broke today and it is really hot.

Alright. I am back again on ABing. It's been like 2.5 weeks and I had another one. It's been hard to resist the urges today because I didn't get to feel it when it happened. I just woke up with a big wet spot.
