I thought I would update this for the moment.
Apologies for being MIA. After my last relapse I got back into a habit of masturbating pretty much every night or few nights to help sleep.
Works taken the forefront of my life the last few months also.
As for my general mood/arousal its fluctuated. I had no motivation on some days and others I would be productive as anything and be in a good mood but then once the day stopped and I was home I would just “crash” and be in a low mood again feeling tired, etc.

I’m currently on day 7.
Its been easier than I thought after a few months of masturbating every few days.
