Don't worry, it's totally normal to leak pre-cum frequently. It's just your body's way of lubricating itself, and it can happen even when you're not sexually aroused. I often experience both leaking pre-cum and having wet dreams, so you're not alone in this.

The first one can be elusive and take some time, but after the first, they start becoming more frequent with less wait times. Good progress! :D Keep it up.
