Never had a proper wet dream (had two spontaneous ejaculations when abstained for longer than 3 weeks in the past) but have always been interested about having one.

I am now on my 70th day of abstinence now. No sexy dreams or any dreams at all. I had one episode of leak of semen after physical activity 3-4 weeks ago and multiple episodes of waking up with a huge erection but not a wet dream.

I take zinc supplements, exercise and wear briefs.

One question is, if a WD will definitely happen if I keep abstaining and when.

may I ask how old you are? and good on wearing briefs! I imagine you have worn them your entire life, I love waking up with MW in briefs. and imo briefs are one of the easiest ways to get a wd.

I am 40. I grew up wearing white briefs and switched to boxers and boxer briefs in my 20s. I am now back in briefs almost full time the last 4 years. I wear both traditional y-fronts and pouch briefs.

nobody can tell, ifand when a WD will happen, AB increase then chance to have one but the rest is a mistery : that is a part of the fun of AB

I went over 80 days without having a WD. I couldn’t believe after abstaining that long nothing happen so I gave in to temptation and JO. Absolutely the biggest load I have ever blew it was amazing.

Day 71 for me and no signs of a wet dream. I get very horny every evening around bed time but unlike other attempts to abstain long term, no signs of wetness!

Congrats for making it this far! Hopefully you have a WD soon! Some guys take a long time to get the first one, and then settle into a semi- or regular pattern after that. Stay strong, it will happen.
