You're uncut like me, Cas, and that can happen on rare occasions. I've heard some in the medical community recommend rolling the foreskin back to help prevent this. I wouldn't know if it has any relation to AB or not.

Save it for when you really need it and don't make excuses to do it. It feels good to do, but it will feel even better if you hold off until there is genuine need. Ideally, multiple days should go by between sessions. If the urge passes after just a few minutes, obviously you don't need it enough.

It has happened to me two or three times. I take it as my body's desperation to release sperm, and it's my signal to end AB.
