For anyone here that uses thongs and/or jockstraps. Have you noticed that you sweat a lot more between your cheeks when using jock/thong than regular briefs/boxer briefs? Or is that only something I deal with?

I use a jockstrap regularly. I haven't noticed sweating between cheeks that much

Jock straps are much cooler and drier than regular briefs/boxer briefs for me, living in an area with high humidity and high dew points. Going commando is even cooler than jock straps, especially when completing a 3 or 4-mile trail.

I wear a jock when I run. I agree, much cooler.
