It will be a great resource for you to track your progress and see how your body reacts to abstaining. I'm also curious to hear about your aftermath of your previous wet dreams. What did you feel like after you woke up? Did you feel any different physically or emotionally? I'm rooting for you! Please keep me updated on your progress.
