Foods and supplements that increase libido- could they also hep with getting WD? My guess is an increase in libido would increase arousal and erections whilst awake and asleep, which could lead to a WD. But also this could lead to an increase semen/sperm count which could lead to a WD. I've posted two links below, one about food and one about supplements. Why not try some for yourself and see if they work! I will experiment with both when I'm further on in my streak and when I'm in WD territory - I'm currently on day 84 as I'm writing this and based on my last streak for the time it took for my first, I'm a long way off WD territory.

Interesting. Assume there is a link between test and WD but it’s pretty difficult to boost test…

There's a lot of material on Reddit where people try to increase their volume and when they write up their experiences it usually involves increased libido. Surely having more volume would also encourage a WD to 'empty the tanks'.

I can't say I like the idea of taking random internet pills though. More water, celery (apprently helps) and some prostate health aiding supplements from a physical health food shop in your city would be a place to start. Pygeum and Saw palmetto are the ones regularly stated.

I have seen comments about people having long term damage from supplements so I've decided against taking them and will experiment only with food

I think you're right that certain foods/supplements can boost libido and semen volume. I eat a lot of fatty fish, seafood, and fruits like avocados, pomegranates, and watermelon every day—all of which your link showed known to support testosterone and semen health. Since my teens, I’ve had frequent wet dreams, and even now, I still get spontaneous ejaculations sometimes, despite masturbating regularly. Maybe the diet plays a role in keeping my libido high and semen production active!
