Kegel Induced Hands Free Orgasm vs Wet Dream

Has anyone else experienced a kegel induced hands free orgasm (KIHFO) before? It’s basically where you contract your pelvic floor muscles using kegels to move and stimulate your penis on its own. I did some research and apparently it’s exactly what your penis does on its own during a wet dream. The key difference is you’re conscious during a KIHFO. To expel excess semen your penis essentially contracts its muscles for stimulation. Your brain also “encourages” you to have an erotic or arousing dream to increase its chances of expelling the excess.
After some training and practice I WAS actually able to induce one (my experience further below) and yes it feels quite similar to a wet dream! It takes a lot of time and patience though and you have to be in a high state of arousal too. Refraining from masturbation for a while definitely helps too. Keep in mind this isn’t the same as edging or masturbating until you feel are close. It’s essentially from beginning to end using your muscles and brain to achieve orgasm. Also keep in mind there’s no other source of stimulation either (nipples, prostate, testes etc.)
Having experienced a couple of wet dreams before too I can confirm they feel extremely similar! Wet dreams are definitely more intense since they’re involuntary but KIHFOs are very close. It really does feel like a full body orgasm and there’s also a feeling of “a point of no return” when it happens similar to a wet dream. I also noticed a slight delay in ejaculation (almost like a dry orgasm) before anything actually came out also similar to a wet dream. Next to a wet dream it was probably one of the most intense orgasms I’ve ever felt.
The science behind wet dreams is actually pretty fascinating and it’s truly a combination of your body, muscles and brain at work. If anyone else has had similar experiences or have any questions about KIHFO feel free to leave them below.
