AB day 3

We’re a month away from the start of lent, what better time to start an AB streak? How many WDs will happen this time?

Last year I started an AB streak at the start of lent and had a WD by the midpoint of lent.

Is this the same Jessieboy that used to be a WDF member? If so, we've missed you!!

Yes, and here to try to start over on collecting the science of WDs.

Woke up at 5am to a anxious dream about work. Broken sleep after that until I woke up at 7:30.

Day 5... woke up sometime during the 5am hour to pee and ended up just laying there until 7am.

Welcome back @jessieboy, very excited to see you, the WD legend, return. Your WD video log in the old WDF mesmerized a lot of guys here, including me. Unfortunately it’s all lost as old WDF ceased. Thanks to the current admin @mikey42, the current WDF is running flawlessly!!! Hopefully this will help preserve your current log better!!!

I haven't ruled out getting back into some sleep tracking. Definitely will start with just the AB + WD log

I know there was someone on here that I chatted with frequently, he was building a raspberry pi camera setup for sleep tracking. He was emailing me his progress, but the email account was deleted by google, along with my sleep data and photos. I would self host the data this time, so it can't be lost.
