I was at work and went to the bathroom. I was at the urinals just now, and finished peeing. I felt like I still had to pee though so I pushed / flexed as if I were pushing more pee out — what ending up coming out was semen, or semen-like fluid. (See photo)

Is this normal? Has it happened to any of you? It had the similar gel-like thickness and consistency as semen; the smell wasn’t as strong though. It didn’t feel pleasurable or painful when it came out.

Of note, I’m on day 11 of abstaining and haven’t orgasmed / cummed since. Also potentially relevant — I woke up with a pretty hard but small dried patch on my briefs, which I suspect was precum.

yeah totally normal, at least for me. From what I've been able to find, its prostatic fluid. Your tanks are full and if you push it will come out. Nothing to worry about... not sure how it affects your proximity to a wet dream though.

Yup this happens to me, not really when I pee though, but when I use the "other" bathroom function. I guess squeezing the muscles down there when the tanks are full causes the release. I read somewhere once (might've been on the old forum here?) to try to not use the restroom (#2, not #1 haha) before bed because then there's a slight release and it could prevent a wet dream from occurring. No science behind that statement though.

Yes, happens to me too when AB. I first notice it at Day 9 of AB, like clockwork. However, since I started taking Pygeum supplements, I have noticed semen in my urine earlier sometimes, like around Day 6 now. Earliest I’ve seen it happen after AB was on Day 4.

It is semen, and it does have sperm in it, which I confirmed with a microscope. It may have more heavily of a mix from the seminal vesicles than regular ejaculated semen, not sure though. And goodlife is correct, prostatic fluid is thinner - it’s the seminal vesicles fluid that is thicker and sometimes has a yellowish tint.

For my body at least, excess semen and sperm gets expelled in my urine like this, rather than WDs which I don’t get. Sadly.

That's really cool. Is it more like precum or semen that is being expelled when you're pent up and doing a #2 like you describe?

Does it feel pleasurable or no sensation and it just leaks out?

Sometimes it’s just precum, clear and sticky, but sometimes it’s white and definitely is more than just precum. Whether or not it’s just prostatic fluid without sperm or the full everything, I don’t know, but it’s thick and usually is about the amount you’d expect from a single shot while ejaculating.

I haven't had a discharge like that, but I've noticed several times during an ab-streak that there were stringy white wisps of semen in my urine. (Peeing into a glass and holding it up to a light reveals much)
I think my ab-streaks might involve a little too much enjoyment of the horniness, and possibly not enough "learn to ignore it".

It has happened to me two or three times. I take it as my body's desperation to release sperm, and it's my signal to end AB.
