Hey brothers.

34yo from Canada here. Active triathlete (primarily swimmer these days) and gym goer here. Working on a healthier diet as well lately.

Interested to see if I can get back to having more wet dreams again, I have several per year by default but want to increase that number.

I tend to be a heavy ejaculator, but always looking for ways to increase my releases if anyone has good supplement or routine recommendations. (Bator here for those who are familiar with that moniker.)

just below the text box; click on the "full editor & preview" button
then below the text box and below the 3 buttons there is a tab "Attachements" next to the "Options" one
the will open the tab on the button add file
choose the file to upload : less then 5Mb wait for the upload to be ok : you can see that on the right
then click place in line
you can click preview to see the result...

Awesome. I have done a couple of triathlons and now do bodybuilding with tri racing in mind. I tend to be a heavy EJ too but trying to get back into wd after going in and out of them. Nice to meet you
