I haven't posted in a while (or it's random replies) and haven't had a log in years!

so here's my new log on how my WD and no PMO/AB Journey is going.

as of 09/19/24 I haven't looked at any porn or pics of Briefs/Freeballing (my go to "porn") and haven't mb since 10/01/24. 3 days ago doesn't seem long but it was 8 days ab/no PMO before that and only "ended" cause wife and I got intimate and hand job from her turned into mb ejac next to her.

here are my thoughts/feelings:
no porn: 15 days no porn or pics as mentions feels so freeing and even times when I am not horny or aroused I don't feel dirty or poisoned like I have for years with porn, overall my mind is so clear.
no mb/ab: at 8 days I got easily hard and/or leaking in briefs and even when freeballing, it was super easy lol
when wearing only briefs to bed I LOVED how hard I got and how amazing it felt to be hard in the briefs. since I started this streak 15 days ago I've slept in briefs most nights even if I freeballed during the day and I rarely slept naked.

I plan to continue the no porn streak and see if/when sex with my wife happens how hard I get and use more horny times to cuddle or spoon in bed.

as far as wet dreams I don't expect any with my wife and I intimate and if course sex often but maybe I'll go over 3 weeks ab and a wd randomly happens.

short update:
slept in briefs Tues night but kept getting hard

played a video game Tuesday night before bed where I kept going to 5 different floors of a facility and had to fight enemies floor by floor, the dream was just like that, after I finished every floor in the dream I was hard in my briefs, felt really nice, and a good surprise at only 1 day ab.

woke up Wednesday and when I put on my work clothes for in office week (cotton shorts no underwear) I kept getting hard before I left, leaking too, excited most of day wednesday, another nice feeling.

after work, mb, slept naked
freeballed today, not really aroused or anything

I am gonna unofficially try NNN, if I have sex I won't say I failed (my bday is Nov 23rd, we may have sex around there lol...)
