Hi, for all of the new people on here my name is Bige13 you can call me Ian- I'm 43 years old male turning 44 on towards the end of July.
Yesterday I started my fist Day ABing agin it has been a while since I have ABed and also it has been a very longtime since I had a WD, I don't even remember if I ever did have a WD when I was younger

Starting Jun 5 (wednesday evening start at 12am heading into the morning of Thursday June 6 that is when I started ABing again

first day was good - but did have some little urges but managed

Day 2 Friday June 7, 2024

Everything is going good

Today is day 3 Saturday June 8, 2024 so far its going ok

I did have a little relapse today- I think I'm going on to day 4
I don’t know if I should start over with day 1 or just gon today 4

Looks like I'm back to day 1 today

So day 1 went well for me so day 2 is going well so far

So i'm on day 3 went well for me so back to day 4 I

I’m day 4 woke up with a MW just see how the rest of the day goes so far going good

Day 5 woke up with a morning wood just see how things go throughout the day
