Wet Dreams In Men Over 50

I found a website that has comments by older guys having WDs. Several guys discussed having WDs after they either got divorced or just stopped having sex with their wives. (Link below.)

These older guys don't discuss MB at all. They probably only had sex when they were with their wives. They don't even mention MB as an option, as if it didn't exist for them. When the sex stopped, it naturally became replaced with pretty frequent WDs.

There is a variety of comments, but here are some that describe their transitions from sex to WDs

"I'm late 40's and have frequent wet dreams. I actually enjoy them... I'm now single after many years of marriage. I didn't have any during my marriage due to the frequent sexual activity."

"I'm 53 years old and started having wet dreams about 6 years ago when my wife and I decided to stop having sex - a truly mutual decision as her libido was low and I was having erectile problems. I have about three or four wet dreams every month."

"...I'm 48 and do not masturbate... I've had 5 wet dreams in the last 2 weeks"

Men produce semen until the day they die - so it would make sense that WD's continue on. A lot of guys assume WD's are for young guys, but that could not be further from the truth. We can get them at any age, but they are more prolific when we are younger.
