Hey, updating the log today. No wd to report, horny levels were normal to low. MW as usual.

Hi all, thought i'd update the log since i haven't in a while. During this month of september and the change of weather from summer to fall i've been kind of down on the mood, and had no WDs, no leaks, just kind of flatlined. Didn't even view much arousing content, maybe once. School started too.

If i count correctly, today is day 186 of abstaining and i managed to get a wd today, 4 hours after falling asleep. Some of the stress i experienced the past three weeks got relieved this weekend and my brain decided to act on it. My sleep schedule is still broken since i went to sleep late. The dream was about a woman receiving a facial shot, that was the point of orgasm, don't remember anything else from the dream.

Hi all, haven't updated the log in a long time. I have now less time than in the summer. AB day 214 it should be.
WD Dates: 11/10, 17/10, 8/11, 17/11.
The first one felt a little forced by me going to sleep on a semi-full bladder and happened in a dream but in no sexual motive, so i was perhaps a little underwhelmed by it. Happened about 4 hours into sleep.
The second one was very unexpected because it happened during an afternoon nap while fully clothed. It felt very quick, just a few contractions, maybe three, wasn't a full force WD. What was interesting though, i was dripping for probably five more minutes after it happened. The dream was sexual.
The third one happened about 4,5 hours into sleep, but i don't remember the dream, i woke up a while after, not fully aware it happened. I did feel the wet sensation in sleep, though.
And the last one that happened today was when i slept in after i turned the alarm off, about 9 am. I was not lucid, never really have been. The dream was about watching some sexual activity.

Oh, so the drops in the first photo separate from the main stain were from drips that happed after? I've had and seen what looks like 2 wet areas and my original understanding was that it was from precum before the wet dream when you were pointing in a different location, or the start of the ejaculation before you were fully erect and the tip "travelled" from one spot to another during the contractions.
