Amazing endurance! Congratulations for that and let's hope they increase in frequency from now on 
PS: if you're 40, that means you're quite a young person. This shouldn't have much to do with your ability to have WDs, as you already have experienced

Day 168 today! Dreamt that I had a WD but that was just a dream!

Day 188,today and woke up with very strong contraction and ejaculation of mostly clear fluid. There was no dream to remember. I felt at least five pulses in my sleep that woke me up instantly - felt a bit confused but when I felt my front that was wet and sticky! Slept very well after putting my briefs in the wash and changing to a fresh pair.
Interestingly I only get wet dream when wearing fly front briefs!
