Day 25 - happy new year! Slept a little better last night but still nothing to report. I abstained for 26 days last time. I should be able to last longer this time.

Day 26 and 27 - did not get any sleep on Wednesday night (day 26) but slept a lot better last night (day 27). Still nothing to report though. Getting a few more erections throughout the day and my testicles feel bigger. Lasted longer than my previous attempt though!

Day 28 - didn’t get much sleep last night but was quite horny and getting erections throughout the night. Was difficult to control not touching myself but I managed. Had some precum in my boxers and my pee looked foamy this morning. I reckon if I managed to sleep properly it would have happened.

Day 30 - A whole month of abstaining complete! Was feeling quite horny last night but didn’t get much sleep. Noticed a spot of precum the size of a coin on my boxer briefs this morning. Day 31 - slept extremely poorly last night. Maybe about 2 hours sleep. Gone back to the gym this morning after a few weeks off and had 2 20 min sessions in the sauna. Going to try not to nap after work so I get a good nights sleep tonight
