Day 60 /2 months
Porn and MB thoughts and urges have subsided, thankfully. This is partly because time has passed and I’ve got over the urges- I’ve learned that they will arise but if I don’t act on them, they go away, much to my relief now. I’ve also looked into the evil nature of the porn industry and Porn Hub and now I’m just glad I’m no longer contributing to it. My insight makes it much easier to not want to watch porn and MB. If anyone would like to discuss this topic further with me, please feel free to PM me.
Earlier this week I did get a semi erection when watching a porn documentary but I turned off straight away. I also looked at soft porn onTV and I didn’t get aroused but turned over. I’m now trying to make a commitment to avoid soft stuff on TV. Others on No Fap have noted that soft porn can lead to temptations of real porn so I must be cautious of this.
I’m pleased to make it this far. Before January I was relapsing after a few days to a week and now I have a solid foundation of days under my belt. Sure, it May take up to a year to get a WD (that’s how long it took last time)but 60 days is good going to start with and My New Years Resolution is still doable.

Day 75
I had a few thoughts about MB today. I was thinking about a method I've used before where I lube up my hand, make a circle and thrust in and out. Thankfully the thought was temporary and I reminded myself I've made amazing progress to make it to day 75. I reminded myself that I don't want to lose my progress, to be back at zero and have the huge uphill battle to get back to where I'm currently at. A few hours later and I'm glad I'm still on the path to WD and my New Year's Resolution of going the whole year of 2025 without MB.
Yesterday I had a vague but noticeable experience (with no dream) where I had some contractions that lasted around twenty seconds and I thought during that I was about to have a WD. I hadn't but maybe this means I'm on my way.

Last night I decided to use binaural beats for lucid dreaming. Try it here https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=mDX8QrcDI_o&t=19996s. I was able to gain lucidity and a woman in her underwear was sitting on my lap and bouncing. The dream ended after 5-10 seconds and I had vague contractions and woke up with an erection. The dream was unfortunately vague but I was pleased to gain lucidity so quickly with the binaural beats. I’m going to try the same beats tonight and see what happens and I’ll experiment with binaural beats aimed at inducing sex dreams - who knows it may lead to a wet dream.
Glad to make it to day 80. Just 11 days to go until a quarter of the year and my New Years resolution is done. I’m getting daily urges that are more psychological than arousal but I’m pleased that I simply let them pass and then end up pleased that I’m still going. It helps to remind myself that this stream is what I truly want and that MB will only be a temporary solution with a big letdown plus the disappointment or losing my good progress

Day 84
For Approximately ten days I’d say, I’ve not had any MB or porn urges. I’m glad that I’ve made it so far and it’s just one week to go until I’ve made it to a quarter of the year which is amazing. This is great progress, the foundations have officially been laid out and I don’t want to give up or lose everything that’s built up so far by MB- I keep reminding myself how disappointing this would be and this helps me continue. This morning I closed my eyes and fantasied about something and got aroused and erect, something I haven’t done much at all on the streak. I enjoyed the feeling and didn’t have any urges to MB and my erection was harder than usual.I will however not make this a habit just in case any urges MB arise and because lust is a sin.
In the past week I’ve decided to learn everything I can about how to lucid dream and I’ve used binaural beats and Wake Back to Bed methods to try and induce them. Apart from the vague lucid dream in my last post, I haven’t had any success yet but it’s early days. Ive decided that this is going to help me fill the void of not having WD, As I think my first WD of the streak will take a long time based on my last long streak. I was thinking about using lucidity for lucid dream sex and trying to force a lucid wet dream,however this would be considered a sin unfortunately so for religious reasons I must resist the temptations, in waking life and lucid dreams. This is frustrating because I’ve always wanted to have lucid sex dreams and try to have a lucid WD. I guess I’ll just have to make use of the sinless sexual pleasure from a WD, when they eventually happen.
I’ve ordered some mugwort tea as it’s recommended for lucid dreaming. I want to see if this could help bring on a WD ad well. I won’t go into the details of this but I am planning to take this for 6 weeks so it’ll be interesting if anything of interest happens. Also at some point in the future when I’m in WD territory ( I’m far off at the moment I think) I want to try zinc or magnesium as Seqiro recommended these for getting WD. I’ve also looked into supplements and food that increase libido and I was wondering if these could help bring on a WD, with more natural arousal and erections during the night. Day 91. This means I've completed a 90 day No Fap reboot even though watching porn wasn't a problem for me just before I started my AB. But I've also made it to one quarter of the way through my no MB in 2025 New Year's Resolution. I'm delighted to make it this far and the foundations are more than built- they are laid out and set.
I had some urges a few days ago when I saw some handcream and wanted to MB with it. I just let the urge pass and was pleased later on that I'm still going on my AB journey.
This morning for the first time on the streak I woke up with some small leakage. I wonder, is this a good sign that a WD is on the way? I hope so.....
