The best way to do it if you want a WD and want to minimize the chances of failing is with no stimulation. Stimulation makes the urges much more difficult to ignore.

Also, going to sticky this thread until November is over.

Day 8 for me, have messed with my prostate a little bit but definitely not emptying any serious quantity. No urge to MB at all. Watching some porn at nights to give my brain something to work with.

Well, my evening was shit, but I’ve had worse. Still going strong, and that helps brighten my mood. I usually M when the clock strikes midnight on Dec 1, but not this time. I want that WD, dang it.
