I’ve been a member to these boards before but couldn’t remember my username or email I used all those years ago, so I created a new account.

I’ve had several wet dreams over the years, it usually happens after two weeks without masturbating, but I’ll admit I haven’t gone that long without jacking off in a long long time. I’m in a serious relationship and we have sex pretty regularly, but I also jack off when the sex isn’t as frequent as my drive requires and that ends up being several times a week, wiring my brain to be dependent on my own hand with porn instead of sex with my partner. Problem is, over the years of doing this, my erections during sex aren’t as hard as they used to be and it’s increasingly difficult to get off. It’s not impossible, but the problem is definitely apparent and I fully place the blame on my addiction to porn and jacking off. So I’m once again starting a quest to cut out both porn and masturbation from my life and only rely on sex with my partner to ejaculate. I started with the new year and we’ve only had sex once since then and I’m in already finding myself insanely horny and having to fight off the urge to jack off.

To be honest, in the past when I tried to fix my porn and masturbation addictions, things like this forum and nofap on Reddit actually made me horny and lead me to caving in and jacking off. But other times it was also helpful to have some accountability, so I’m hoping to find the perfect balance in between and find success in 2025. Looking forward to all the chats and discussion.
