Firstly, thank you. It’s been 9 days since my last ejaculation. I’m on day 30 currently of abstaining and not ejaculating from masturbation.

I would say briefs in general may help myself achieve ejaculation during sleep/night time as I find it restricts my penis in its movements so when I do get hard whilst sleeping it stimulates it and contributes towards my body’s want to ejaculate. I don’t think the colour matters to me as I also have black briefs. I’ve got myself into a routine, if you can call it that, I ejaculate then know that I’m relatively safe from having to change the sheets and sleep naked. I hate the mess as such when I feel super horny and feel like I might have one I switch to briefs and boxer briefs to catch the sperm. I find that I sleep nude then I get to a point where I have an emission of what I believe is a mix of pre-cum and clear urine (I think when I start having sex dreams and my body wants to release it does this but its not ready for an actual release yet). When I have this I switch to underwear and usually I have the above 2 or 3 times before I experience an actual sperm ejaculation and orgasm.

Theres more sperm towards the top as my penis was upwards and to the side when I woke up.

I felt pressure/swelling in my lower half for most of it and recall being on my back having sex, yet woke up on my front lol
