I woke up from a sex dream a few minutes ago. My alarm went off but didn’t immediately wake me up. It just became part of the dream. “What’s that noise?” Then I realized what it was and thought, “Crap, I don’t want this dream to end.” Then I woke up fully and turned the alarm off. I just figured up that I’ve been ab’ing for 13 days, and joking aside, I really haven’t missed mb. If anything, I feel like ab’ing has stabilized my moods. No letdown and depression and then mb’ing compulsively in search of something I’m obviously not finding by mb’ing.
