Well, Tex, I notice it because often times the people I stay with will mention it to me; or other times, it's because I remember in my sleep I was mumbling but I wasn't fully aware at the moment (kind of like how sometimes in my sleep I will remember I had a WD only after waking.) The former is more likely, but there have been days I wake up and I recall it.
Alright, I guess I'll journal a little bit about my schedule then! Most days I'm packed from 8AM to 9PM with stuff to do, since I started a full-time internship along with school. I do get a few breaks (in between classes, lunch break, etc) but I wouldn't say I can take a breather until after that. I'll admit, I'm not having the best time managing it, sometimes I forget to eat a meal when I'm rushing from my internship to class, or I feel so tired I don't work out. Hopefully I can find a way though. Last night, I did sleep almost a full eight hours (11PM-7AM), but it was very unrestful as my parents called me last thing at night and first thing in the morning so I didn't get to wake up normally like I usually do. I've also noticed a more obvious ache that used to signal I was getting close to a WD, but oddly it's just remaining there throughout the week. I suspect I'm overdue for one, my body just hasn't had the opportunity. (A small aside since my old log isn't here anymore, but back when I used to have WDs very often, I could sometimes tell when one was coming on because I would feel an odd ache in the days leading up to it which felt similar to blue balls.) Hopefully if I be more regular with my sleep, it could continue.

On the topic of sleeping better, recently I got a new mattress and I've been sleeping on that one instead of my old one. It's noticeably more comfortable, so I think I have been sleeping better. Still nothing new to report in terms of WDs, though. I think that possibly I'm more occupied with what's going on in my day to day life, so the topic of ABing or WDs isn't on my mind as much as it used to be when my schedule was freer. The benefit though is that I rarely think about breaking this streak, so not to have false confidence in myself, but I'm feeling like I'm at a good place with my AB, lol.

Sounds like you're doing everything perfectly. Hopefully, you'll have a chance to really relax and let your body do its thing. Keep it up 2x4! Wishing you luck.

Thanks Anthemic and Seq! Yesterday, I went for a hike, it was pretty cold and also raining so I remember feeling like I was gonna sleep well. The weird thing is though, I got up after only about six hours of sleep, then fell back asleep for one more. I took a nap earlier in the day too, I guess it wasn't long enough? Well, nothing other than that to report.

Thanks Tex! I'm definitely more regular now, but a weird thing I notice is that I often wake up for a brief period of time during the time I'm most likely to get WDs (5-7am) befire falling asleep again. Not sure why that is... It happened both last night and the night before, I'll update if it keeps happening.

If I'm not mistaken, you are in a new room back at school, this time in a room by yourself. Things should settle down. You might also start getting WDs at a different time. Perhaps eating or studying naked might help, or at least be more fun!

Hey all, this week's been pretty busy with my travel plans, but I thought I'd drop in for a quick update. Lately I've noticed when I'm half-asleep or waking up from sleep, sometimes there's some twitching movement that I notice that usually abates when I become fully awake. I've never really noticed something like that before, almost like it has a mind of its own. I wonder if that means I'm slowly coming out of my flatline or not? Well, I guess only time will tell.

Well, a bit of a strange update today, but two days ago (Oct 13) I actually had not one, but 2 WDs: One in the morning (06:53) and one in the evening (22:29). It's quite a stroke of luck, I must say. This is technically the third time I've had 2 WDs in one day, although I've never had them happen on different nights, and not in this morning/evening way either. An evening WD is especially rare for me, I went back and checked in my log and they've never happened before midnight as far as I know. I was talking to Anthemic and he pointed out that it happened when I took two days off for a vacation, so maybe schedule-wise that has something to do with it? Anyhow, I guess for now I'm out of my flatline, I did notice during the time in between the first and second ones I was way more horny than usual, and that was also true for the day before it happened. Hopefully it's a sign of things to come!
