Well, Tex, I notice it because often times the people I stay with will mention it to me; or other times, it's because I remember in my sleep I was mumbling but I wasn't fully aware at the moment (kind of like how sometimes in my sleep I will remember I had a WD only after waking.) The former is more likely, but there have been days I wake up and I recall it.
Alright, I guess I'll journal a little bit about my schedule then! Most days I'm packed from 8AM to 9PM with stuff to do, since I started a full-time internship along with school. I do get a few breaks (in between classes, lunch break, etc) but I wouldn't say I can take a breather until after that. I'll admit, I'm not having the best time managing it, sometimes I forget to eat a meal when I'm rushing from my internship to class, or I feel so tired I don't work out. Hopefully I can find a way though. Last night, I did sleep almost a full eight hours (11PM-7AM), but it was very unrestful as my parents called me last thing at night and first thing in the morning so I didn't get to wake up normally like I usually do. I've also noticed a more obvious ache that used to signal I was getting close to a WD, but oddly it's just remaining there throughout the week. I suspect I'm overdue for one, my body just hasn't had the opportunity. (A small aside since my old log isn't here anymore, but back when I used to have WDs very often, I could sometimes tell when one was coming on because I would feel an odd ache in the days leading up to it which felt similar to blue balls.) Hopefully if I be more regular with my sleep, it could continue.
