Hey all, I used the previous WDF and it kinda fell off but I’m going to try to keep myself accountable here again.
Last time I jerked off was a few days ago. I’m going to try to keep it up from now until the beginning of December, to start. Last year I was able to abstain for the entirety of October so I know I’m able to.
