Last night I woke up with a feeling of spasm in my prostate and having ejaculated a small amount of very clear fluid. It felt as if I would have further ejaculated had I not woken up! Do you think that wet dreams are triggered from the prostate?
That was after 30 days of not ejaculating. I was wearing briefs and there was no dream!

They're not triggered from the prostate, but the prostate is part of the ejaculation process.

That definitely sounds like a wet dream. But I think It’s not that wet dreams are triggered directly by the prostate, but it definitely gets involved when the body’s going through the motions of arousal and orgasm during sleep. The clear fluid you mentioned might’ve been precum or a smaller amount of semen—totally normal either way. did you remember any lucid dreams that might’ve set it off?

There is no recollection of any dream at all. Felt very aroused throughout the day. Thought it was a half wd as there was no cloudy ejaculate.
