Congrats! 3 nights and then another WD! You seem to be well on the way to becoming a regular frequent WDer.
Based on back when a lot of guys were ABing here, it seems that youth plays a big role in WD frequency.
As you may have seen, I found and linked to a site where older guys, several of whom stopped having sex with their wives for a variety of reasons, were getting WDs. They simply went from sex to WDs.
Yet many older guys have trouble getting WDs when they decide to AB from MB. So it looks like the best way to maximize WDs, even with age, may be to simply not have the MB habit. Stay naturally horny and let the WDs come!
