I've only experienced the first kind, in my younger years. I'm 3 weeks into ABing ATM and the way things are going, I might be experiencing them again soon. I would be interested to discover if I could experience the second if I AB for long enough. I've not had much to do with my pelvic floor before, but there seems to be a lot of men on here who can do things with their bodies I've never even thought about.
