Back with another update...
I got a new job as of last week and that means a better schedule, better sleep, and more time to work out and recover from that.
I found out soon enough that cutting the melatonin wasn't the best idea. -- just adding that back in along with the other life changes has allowed me to make huge strides with my workouts and with my libido. Based on what I've read, melatonin binds with aromatase and so keeps down the estrogen conversion. As of right now, I just so happen to not have MB since Saturday or Sunday, and I'm now having a lot of wet afternoon naps. Not full blown ejaculations like one might have with sex or MB, but still 2"-3" wide wet spots on my jock (feeling that over panties, lately), and the fluid is very very sticky and leaves a whitish stain after drying.
So overall, I'm very satisfied where all this is going. My hope is to be able to get myself to a point where my periods of skipping on MB after getting bored with it will continue to be productive, whether like this or moreso.
Thanks for reading!

Congratulations on the new job. The schedule will help. Afternoon naps are fun. Did you feel any orgasmic feelings?

@tacticaldreamer thank you very much! As for the naps, yes, I can experience some particularly intense orgasms during them.

Re: Barkin's Log
A quick update, while I'm thinking about it...
3 weeks here, 4 weeks there, and I think I'm over 4 weeks AB again? It's not been something I've been keeping super close track of.
What's become a pretty consistent low libido for me (always especially worse through the winter doldrums) has allowed me to separate the experience of having erections and leaking from the idea that it's something that I need to manually attend to. Every so often I'll realize I've been congested because some leftover clumps get pushed out while I'm on the toilet, but I no longer experience any major discomfort and there's not much of a "warning" that things are going that way. Afternoon naps are still what most commonly lead to very leaky erections. I think the supplements I take to help me fall and stay asleep keep much else from going on in the middle of the night. What I'm ultimately hoping for is that my body can one day get to the point where it truly self-regulates without assistance.
I do have a new antidepressant med that I'm working through the build-up period for (Trintellix, which is one of the few that's not known for lowering libido on its own), and I'm waiting to hear back about scheduling a surgical procedure on my back that could really stand to affect a lot of my body's systems for the better once it's all healed up.
