Day 20
Last night I was a bit surprised to have felt a bit of wetness down there as I went to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and realized I had a WD (a proper one this time).
Didn’t have any particular triggering/sexual dreams last night though I’ve been having “WD inducing” dreams I otherwise wouldn’t be having if it weren’t for me ABing.

Day 21
Another roughly 3 weeks from a previous MB - WD, I awoke from a MB dream experiencing this WD for maybe the 2nd or 3rd time ever. I sort of thought it was another “WD in a dream” but it wasn’t.
Oddly enough I had another dream earlier that night, which I thought would’ve been a suitable WD dream but didn’t lead to anything, maybe it was hinting at something.
This happened at around 6:30 which is almost the time I’d get up anyway which makes me think that it’s why I woke up instead of just sleeping through it.
My body seems to favor this 3 week point of transition from MB to WD.
