Yes, that was when i was stood up, what's on the right side is from contractions.

Happy to report that on saturday i had another wd happen, 4 hours after going to sleep late. I woke up shortly after it, but i don't remember the dream being sexual or any orgasmic feelings.. Didn't feel much horniness throughout the whole day..
