Thought I’d start a log for my attempt at having a wet dream. I’ve tried many times but it’s never worked. It’s been a number of years since I’ve had one. Got close to one last year but I ended up waking up with a hard on and loads of pre cum.

Welcome to the forum. Good on you for trying to abstain! I've had varying success with drinking some water before going to sleep, or just not urinating before going to sleep. The extra pressure helped the release i like to think. I'm not doing it too often though. Good luck !

Day 10 - did some mild edging last night and woke up this morning with full on erection and pre cum

Day 11 - only got about 2 hours sleep last night. Was woken up by a loud car driving past and couldn’t go back to sleep. Couldn’t sleep so I was doing mild edging again where I get an erection and just touch it every now and again without stroking it to keep the erection.

Day 12 - did some light edging again and had a better sleep last night compared to the previous few days. Still no WD but woke up with a raging hard on. I have been trying to sleep on my stomach when I get to bed but find it very uncomfortable on the back and neck. End up going on my side and putting a pillow between my legs and sleeping
