After rev's WD, I texted and chatted with him with some comments and questions about his WD, which he answered. With his permission he said I could quote him here. So here is an attempt to organize and present my questions and his comments.
How slow were the pelvic thrusts in the dream? (Seems like non-MBers tend towards slower thrusts)
