I have gone back to university and a bit of the sadness returned for a moment as i was alone in my room again without my family. Doesn't look like any urges will happen tonight as I feel kinda depressed. I just keep reminding myself that this decision was the best as I have a couple deadlines due next week and being at home was incredibly distracting. I will reunite with them in 2 months time anyway so nothing too long away from them.

Last night was even more intense than usual. I had intended for me to write 750 words in order to ease the pressure of handing in my assignment last minute but I ended up procrastinating and prioritizing my sleep as I still had 3 days before it was due and it was only a matter of time before the words are written but sleep debt is real and not easy to make up for without any serious consequences to your lifestyle and health. I had the urges again despite me stating yesterday how depressed I was away from family. I eventually decided to sleep roughly 4/5am which I did in the past even with the excessive P use. However, what was different from the previous urges and subsequent reaction to it was that I found myself waking up every 10 minutes or not being able to drift to sleep. This lead me to stay awake until 10am where I gave in and ej so I could sleep.

I did not relapse more than one so I will consider this a slip up in the road to a better future.

Another day of chilling until realization kicked in. I have less than one day to write 3000 words. I have done the preparation for it so it should be just a matter of time before it is completed.

Played badminton, I think semen retention does help me with my sporting ability. Everytime I realize I have retained, I play much better than usual. This also happens vice versa, nut one or two days before and my ability become somewhat impaired.

The day in particular was nothing. I spent the day very much resting and I did everything relatively late. I did manage to take a beautiful picture of the sunrise, which did motivate me to sleep early and wake up early. However, as I am writing this, my mind was not at peace and the urges arrived again. This coupled with an extremely hot room with no ventilation and random group of people shouting at 4am outside prevented my ability to sleep and I, not regrettably, released a nut.

I say not regrettably as I knew this was longtime coming. I have a hunch that when I take supplements such as pygeum and saw palmetto. I can guarantee an ejaculation within 1 day, whether the same night or next night I take it. I'm not sure but those supplements really prevent your brain from gaining any rational thought and if you do have rational thought, you don't sleep.

I've noticed lately that I've lacked discipline since starting this new year, despite the 'new year resolutions' I've made both legitimate and impersonal. I think this 'relapse' has made me realize, again for the Nth amount of time, that I can't be too lazy on pursuing my endeavors whether it's simple or large. I think it's time to make my life more scheduled and be more harsh on my laziness, especially with another deadline around the corner.
