Even though today hasn't officially ended yet. It is drawing to a close as I am tired and ready to sleep soon. I had badminton this morning and I had a pretty decent amount of sleep. I have lots of university work to do tomorrow, which hopefully will keep me from being idle.

Thanks for your concern guys. Luckily, this was only in the park faraway from my house. Today was also another day of no urges so I spent it playing games and watching TV like usual. Tomorrow, I plan to wake up early and complete my reading so I can start planning my essay on my subject matter.

This late night/early morning (4am to 6am) was the beginning of urges. I had by far the worst sleep schedule as I lost track of time and spent most of the time in bed, playing mobile games and watching Tiktok. Tiktok eventually led to other temptations which were met with no real action downstairs but moved onto more hard-core material which gave me an ultimatum and an existential crisis. Luckily, I was strong enough to overcome these temptation and go to sleep. Throughout the day, I had no temptations or urges so I spent the day calling my friends.

I didn't study today but I had badminton in the morning and felt that my AB has led to an increase in my performance and that I was able to play better than usual. This is the same feeling I had last year when I unintentionally abstained as a result of illness and incomplete deadlines that were nearly due. No temptations currently, will probably sleep in a couple hours time so I can study in the morning.

Celebrated Mum's birthday earlier as I had to go back to uni the next day. I had some urges which I soothed by mistakingly watching P. Nothing was lost but the transition to a non pmo lifestyle had been hindered temporarily.
