I liked the new chat system better, including being able to quote. But it was kind of a 'loop' where everyone went to the Chatzy chat because no one was in the new chat. Anytime I checked the new chat in the last few weeks, I was the only one there. So of course I, like anyone else, would go to the old chat.
It in no way reflects on the quality of the new chat, nor your efforts to make it better. For all we know, if Chatzy went down for a few days everyone would come to the new chat (if available), and then keep coming to it. So keep it handy. Maybe 2 separate chat links? Old and popular Chatzy chat, and new improved chat?
And yes, the individual chat is appreciated.

I preferred the new chat. Sometimes I just like to read. That could be anonymous. Sometimes I liked to participate. In Chatzy everybody knows who enters. To be welcomed is nice too.
