Dec 7 -- the streak is over. Busted my nuts in the afternoon before taking a nap. (Working from home today).
I felt the AB went to a wrong direction in the last few days. Feeling tortured, mentally, and the sleep quality has gone down significantly. However, the mitigation to insomnia is to do sports more, and that was where AB helped.
