Again woke up with intense MA

Day 15 woke up with mw - still hasn’t gone down
Non sexual dream last night at this stage my goal is to get to 31 days to achieve no month AB with or without wd I may cease AB after this time

Had non sexual dreams last night

I thought I would have had a wd by now ??

A bit of trouble sleeping last night. I may have had a sex dream but woke up to significant morning wood- no wd and no pre cum this morning

Woke up with morning wood

Day 11
Woke up to a lot of pre cum

But no wd - at least not to my knowledge

In saying that I was leaking a bit of pre cum today in the shower
