Mine was when all the family went away together and stayed in a caravan. In the part i slept in was my brother and 2 cousins and myself. I do not think they knew what happened.

I am not sure if it happened to me because of abstaining or not, but might explain why it happened.

I have had that feeling 2 times. Once i was on a bus and the other time i was at work and so lucky they did not turn into full on SE's.

Good on you for keeping under there clean. It is ok for it to happen when we clean there from pulling it back especially when it is a bit tight! Sounds very normal to me.
